An international wholesale buyer selected 10 existing necklace styles from Inoxara’s ready-stock stainless steel jewelry collection. The buyer ordered 100 pieces of each design, bringing the complete order to 1,000 necklaces.
The products were selected directly from our existing collection. The project therefore did not require new molds, structural modifications or customer-provided measurements. Our work focused on confirming the selected products, colors, quantities, stock availability, quality requirements and packing details.
To protect the buyer’s commercial information, the customer’s name, company details, prices and delivery information are not disclosed in this order case study.

Selecting 10 Ready-Stock Necklace Styles
The buyer reviewed our existing stainless steel necklace collection and selected 10 designs according to the planned retail assortment. The selection included different pendant shapes, chain structures, crystal details and finishes.
Because the buyer selected existing products, the order was confirmed using product images, product codes, colors and quantities. The buyer did not need to prepare technical drawings or provide product measurements.

Confirming Product Codes, Colors and Quantities
After receiving the buyer’s selection, our team organized the product codes and confirmed the required quantity for each design. The selected colors and product details were reviewed before the final order list was prepared.
This confirmation process was important because similar necklace designs may have different chains, pendant details, finishes or decorative components. Each selected style was checked against the buyer’s confirmed product list.
Checking Ready-Stock Availability
The warehouse checked the available quantity of each selected necklace style. The purpose of this step was to determine whether 100 pieces of every design could be prepared according to the confirmed product and color requirements.
If a selected design or color required adjustment, the details would be reconfirmed with the buyer before the order entered the preparation stage. Products were not replaced without the buyer’s approval.
Confirming the Material
The selected ready-stock necklaces were made from 304 stainless steel. The material was confirmed according to the specifications of the existing products.
These ready-stock products were not presented as custom 316 or 316L stainless steel jewelry. If a buyer requires a different stainless steel grade, product structure, chain specification or finish, the project must be evaluated separately as a custom production requirement.
Quality Inspection Before Packing
Before packing, the products were checked against the confirmed order list. The inspection covered the following points:
- Correct necklace and pendant design
- Confirmed product color
- Quantity for each selected style
- Chain and clasp condition
- Pendant and decorative component condition
- Surface and plating appearance
- Crystal setting where applicable
- Visible scratches or finishing defects
Products that did not meet the confirmed appearance requirements were separated before final packing.
Sorting and Packing the Order
After inspection, the necklaces were sorted according to their product codes and quantities. Each style was organized separately to make the final quantity check and packing verification easier.
The products were then packed according to the confirmed order requirements. Before carton packing, our team checked that the product allocation matched the final order list of 10 designs and 100 pieces per design.
Preparing the Shipment
The packed weight, carton details and delivery destination were used to confirm the applicable shipping arrangement. The receiver’s name, complete address, telephone number and postal code were reconfirmed before the shipment was handed over to the logistics provider.
Customer names, addresses, tracking numbers and shipping labels remain confidential and are not displayed publicly.
Project Result
The completed order contained 1,000 ready-stock stainless steel necklaces across 10 existing designs. By selecting products from an existing collection, the buyer was able to prepare a varied necklace assortment without investing in new molds or beginning a separate product development process.
